On 16–17 February 2026, the Faculty of Maritime Studies Split hosted the MICROMET pilot course “Bologna Tools and Micro-Credentials Recognition in Maritime Education and Training”.

Over 20 teachers and experts from the University of Zadar, Polytechnic University of Catalonia, MaritimeMT Malta, Gdynia Maritime University, and the University of Split explored Bologna tools for short learning programmes and micro-credentials in the maritime sector.

Through presentations, group work, and case studies, participants designed micro-credentials and visited advanced simulators and laboratories.
