On February 17 and 18, 2025, the Workshop on “Designing Effective Training Programs” was organized by the Maritime Department as part of the MareSkill project. The event took place at the University of Zadar.

This two-day workshop provided practical guidance and tools to support the development of impactful training programs within the framework of the sustainable blue economy. As part of the workshop, a presentation titled “Program Description Development” was delivered by the UNIZD team, during which the Micromet project and the activities carried out within the project were also presented.
